What counts as a read?
One call to readAllWhenReady or GET /connect/data that returns data. Creating sessions, checking status and listing sources are free.
Does test mode cost anything?
No. Test keys read fixture data from every connector, never bill, and never expire. Switch to a live key when you are ready.
What if a platform changes its export?
The connector ships a new signed version in the open registry. Your schema and your code stay the same. There is no charge for connector updates.
What happens when a user revokes?
Reads fail with consent_revoked and are not billed. The user's data stays in their Personal Server and they can re-grant later.
